Hello Mamas! My name is Tracey Dugi. I have been a nurse since 2007 and a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner since 2021. I am a wife to an amazingly supportive husband, mama to 6 beautiful children ranging in ages from 20 months old to 20 years old. I spent my RN career in NICU, Newborn Nursery, and Labor & Delivery. Currently I am practicing as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. For my entire adult life I have been personally and professionally caring for babies. I am passionate about babies and their families. I can now reflect and appreciate how incredibly blessed I was to have that “mama coach” in my life when I had my first baby. Encouraging and supporting me through the early days months and years of parenting. It wasn’t until I began my nursing career caring for newborns and their families that I realized this crucial education and support was missing for the majority of families. Being a Mama Coach allows me the privilege to provide support and education to make Mama-ing a little easier. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
